Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for a Bookkeeping Admin Associate who can work with us full-time! 
As a Bookkeeping Associate, you will be supporting the business by undertaking general administrative duties, with particular support for customer service calls and emails. You will also be responsible for the company's accounting procedures and the integrity of the financial reports and reporting system. 
Some of the things we expect you to do are to:  Daily bank reconciliation Daily reconciliation to Shopify reports Inventory Management Stock levels with suggested order to GM Finance as required Accounts payable and ensuring bills are paid on time Assist with month-end and Board meeting reporting Maintain asset register Maintain Loan accounts and capital accounts Ensure key suppliers are well-managed Overview of key email accounts Answer customer service emails and calls Escalation of any customer service items as required Support GM Finance in any policy and procedure setting Assist with applications used for workflows for e-commerce site  We would need you to be or have the following:  2-3 experience in Administrative work such as email and calendar management and documentation At least 2 years of Bookkeeping experience. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.  Here's why we think you'd love working at Smartsourcing… At Smartsourcing, we're all about fostering a positive work environment for you.
