Responsibilities: Strictly follow Company's implementing policy, rules and procedures pertaining to EDL Project and GPS.Adhere to pricing and discounting policy and procedures set by the Company.Adhere to Collection and Credit policy of the Company.Comply with Logistics & Distribution policies and procedures.Comply with the vehicle use and Fleet Maintenance policy.Liquidate cash advances not later than 15 days from date of release and/or date of expenditure.Promote and sell products of EDL Group of Companies only.Collect payments as per due dates.Remit collections in adherence to the Collection and Remittance policy and procedures of the Company.Adhere to the policy and procedures on Return Merchandise.Strictly comply with the rules and procedures of Revolving Fund Liquidation and Expense Report.Provide feedback and updates on competitors' activities in the field.Secure the Company's products from theft, damages, and mishaps/natural elements.Be fully accountable for the value of stocks withdrawn from the Company.Ensure that no near expiry products (6 months before expiry) will be sold to customers.Be accountable for initiated stocks load-up and/or volume sale of stocks to customers that may result in "near expiry" of stocks.Submit honest reports such as call forms.Uphold INTEGRITY in the discharge of duties at all times.Perform and/or follow directives given by the Area Operations Manager, National Operations Manager, National Technical Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer.Qualifications: Vocational Course / College Level / Graduate of any Business Course
with Driver's License and ability to drive Manual Transmission
Willing to do field work at Ilocos Norte/Abra
Can compute simple math and discounts.
