EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
The ideal candidate should be a college graduate in any field.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 2 years of related work experience from the automotive industry is required

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Visit assigned stores to evaluate personnel performance.
Conduct quarterly evaluations of store personnel.
Perform technical audits to maintain standards.
Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews to assess and improve performance.
Collect payments or reconcile accounts as needed.
Prepare technical/incident reports for back jobs and warranty concerns.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTION:
The Area Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and evaluating personnel, providing training, maintaining standards, and managing accounts. He/she conducts audits and reviews to enhance performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
