Area Manager

The Area Manager is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of all stores within an assigned geographical area. This role includes overseeing facilities, security, and liaising with third-party manpower coordinators. The Area Manager also executes special projects and events as well as other business segments assigned to them.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management: Oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of all stores, ensuring they operate in alignment with company standards and core principles.Sales and Profitability: Drive overall sales performance and profitability across all stores, implementing strategies for revenue growth.Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with various department heads to ensure smooth operations and support for the stores.Implementation of Standards: Ensure strict adherence to company policies and operational standards across all locations.Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of product quality, customer service, cleanliness, and facility upkeep, including aesthetics and functionality.Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, pest control management, and maintenance standards across all stores.QualificationsAt least 2-3 years of experience.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.Willing to relocate to Metro Manila.Proven experience in retail management or a related field.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strategic thinking with a focus on profitability and efficiency.
