Application Development Manager - Japanese Bilingual

Qualifications: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Fluent in Japanese, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts.Strong proficiency in Java programming language.Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Java technologies.Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver robust software solutions.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identifying and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
