Key Responsibilities: · Business Development: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.Research and qualify potential leads to ensure they meet the company's target criteria.Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and detailed information.Proactively reaching out to potential clients to generate leads and drive sales.Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. · Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products/services.Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and social media.Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, and social media.Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.Proven experience in marketing role with hands-on involvement in Canva, Adobe, or any similar marketing tools.Business development or Call center background is preferred. Nonetheless, we also encourage applications from recent graduates or individuals with outstanding English communication abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Marketing software.
