AP ACCOUNTANT

 

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accountancy or related field.

- Has experience in ACCOUNTS PAYABLE and some exposure in Shared Service Environment

-Has background in creating KPI

- Good analytical skills

- Can do multitasking and work with less supervision

- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills

- Results oriented

 

Job Description:

- Ensure timely and

appropriate recording of all transactions in accounts.- Analyze AP related issues (ex. incorrect invoicing)

- Provide monthly and on request analyses and reports to the AP Team.

- Ensure fulfillment of company obligations to third parties and employee

- Create and maintain close relationship with internal customers

- Back-up peer AP associates

- Actively participate in projects assigned (if any)

- Reinforces purchase order procedure to the internal customers.
