We are seeking a motivated, energetic, metrics-oriented individual to join our growing eCommerce team. The Amazon Advertising Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing successful Amazon PPC campaigns, driving sales, optimizing our advertising strategies, as well as overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness for the company. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of B2C E-commerce sales and operations and must be able to think strategically and perform day to day account management.

Develop and Execute Amazon PPC Strategies:
Create, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, and achieve ROI targets.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
Campaign Management and Optimization:
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ACoS, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and other variables to improve campaign effectiveness.
Keyword Research and Selection:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-converting keywords.
Manage and expand keyword lists, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of funds for maximum impact.
Provide regular budget reports and recommendations for adjustments.
Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments.
Implement strategies to stay competitive and ahead in the Amazon marketplace.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align advertising strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations for product listings and promotions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Amazon Advertising Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon PPC advertising, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency with Amazon Advertising Console.
Certification in Amazon Advertising is a plus
Excellent computer skills are a must, with a strong command of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot table, etc).
Must be self-motivated. Have passion and be enthusiastic in eCommerce.
This position requires an individual who is self-directed and detail-oriented with an inquisitive nature and the desire to solve problems, a strong work ethic with a positive "can-do" attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work
