Job Description:

MetroMart is seeking a motivated and dedicated Account Support Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries related to our services.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
4. Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives, providing strategic guidance and support as needed.
5. Prepare reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative solutions and campaigns to drive client engagement and retention.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant and effective support.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or customer support.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
6. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Visa sponsorship, Medical coverage, and remote work flexibility.
