Account Officer

Develops corporate accounts for FriendlyCare, the duties include:

- Customer prospecting, profiling, data maintenance.
- Visits pre-agreed number of clients daily.
- Sees to it that clients are satisfied and delighted by FriendlyCare service.
- Liaises with clients and FCFI clinics to serve clients' needs excellently.
- Maintains a masterlist of clients which should be updated on a regular basis
- Submits to and negotiates prices with clients on
- FriendlyCare services based on FriendlyCare policies.
- Monitors sales and client statistics.
