1. Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and conducting market research.
- Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
3. Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our advertising solutions.
- Prepare customized advertising proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
4. Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and advertising products and services offered by the company.
- Continuously update knowledge of advertising techniques, best practices, and emerging technologies.
5. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine sales tactics and identify new market opportunities.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to management.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop effective advertising campaigns and materials that meet client needs.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and successful delivery of advertising services.
Minimum Qualification Standards
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in advertising or media sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles, media channels, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of (specific industry or market, if applicable) is a plus.
