Registered Mechanical Engineer or Registered Electrical EngineerAt least 5 years experience in Integrated Facility ManagementResponsible for the overall management of accounts, taking prompt action to accomplish objectives as stipulated in the service agreement and achieve goals beyond what is required.Always ensure profitability of the accounts.Attends to the monthly P&L Review and justify any deviation and variances from the contract costs and makes corrective actions, as necessary.Ensures timely payments of services rendered based on the agreed-upon payment terms in collaboration with the credit and collection team.Responsible for the upkeep and growth of existing accounts, making customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions, developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.Strict implementation of the DTR submission policy which is 3 days after the cut-off.Assists in the marketing and acquisition of new accounts which involves:Identification of potential clientsAttending RFPs and/or pre-bid meetingsConducting ocular inspection and assessment of customer facilitiesGenerating technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements and results of the inspectionEstablishes courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is rendered efficiently.Generates innovative solutions in work situations, trying different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.Keeps up with current technical developments and trends in the Facility Services industry.Provides training, timely guidance, and feedback to help subordinates strengthen specific knowledge/skills needed to accomplish tasks or solve a problem.Ensures compliance with all applicable government regulations as well as specific safety requirements of the Client.Performs other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Operations Manager.Documents all activities and submit reports to the Operations Director on a weekly basis.Responsible for the overall management and direction of all your people, make sure that required jobs are accurately and timely executed, strictly implement all company policies, rules, and regulations including, but not limited to completion of mandatory LMS training, make recommendations for appropriate actions like disciplinary measures and actions to erring subordinates, and ultimately accountable to overall account management.
