Duties and Responsibilities: Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified BPI AIA products to the bank's customer baseEstablish, maintain, and grow relationships with the bank officers and staff in the branch/es they are assigned to for the purposes of generating bancassurance leads and bancassurance business
Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with prospective and existing clientele; Perform customer service and business conservation activities
Act as a liaison between the customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims; submit required reports on timeProvide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect bancassurance businessReport and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and marketing campaigns and other related mattersPerform other tasks as may be required by immediate superior for the purposes of bancassurance business Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any course (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) Perks: Open to career shifters & fresh graduatesMondays to Fridays (Dayshift)Observes Philippine HolidaysOffers competitive benefits and incentivesHMO for employee and dependentsPaid TrainingTools provided (iPad, company phone)
