• Must be a College Graduate from any course.
• with 2-3 years experience in Workforce Management. forecasting and scheduling.
• With supervisory experience handling Lead RTA or Lead WF.
• Experience in handling all LOB (Email, chat and voice).
• Can work Onsite in Gilmore, San Juan City and Pasig City.
• Amenable to work in a shifting schedule.
