Workforce Analyst

We are looking for a Workforce Analyst to join the team in Taguig!

Job Summary:
- Responsible for continuous improvement of forecasts, schedules, and reports
- Aligns global workforce processes to engagements handled and monitored.

Qualifications
- 3 year call center experience working as a Workforce Analyst or its equivalent.
- Good to Excellent Communication Skills
- Knowledge in Workforce Management principles and calculations (COPC).
- Willing to Work ONSITE at Taguig
