The Work/Responsibilities: Perform Project Kick-Off and Discovery. This is usually onsite to go through each of the integrations identified in the SOW and complete the discovery templateWork with the Project Manager to map out the timeline on delivering the integrations. Work with the PM on any staffing needsPerform design and build reviewsCoordinate with Workday Delivery AssuranceProvide timely status update to the Team, Project Manager and Client Partner.Manage resourcesWork hours may vary depending on the client being supported but mostly morning and mid-shift Manila time Job Qualifications: College graduate with degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT-related courses; non-tech graduates are also welcome to applyMinimum of 2 years of experience in Workday, either in Systems Implementation or Production Support, handling integrations; other functional areas such as Data Conversion, Talent and Performance, Benefits, Compensation or Payroll, Recruiting and LearningExperience in working directly with clients and onshore counterpartsPreferably Certified in Workday Core HCM, Workday Core Integrations and Workday StudioGood interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication.Able to work under pressure without any supervision, and a good team player.
