• Bachelor's degree in any course
• with relative experience in Admin/ Customer Service
• Experience working within a Facilities Management / customer services environment is an advantage
• Possess the ability to remain calm under pressure & not react adversely to customer or suppliers. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & telephone manner
• Confident and able to use initiative
• Has intermediate MS office skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
