**Description**:
- We are looking for Functional experts in Workday HCM.
- Responsibilities:
- Team with key client business and IT users to define business requirements and design solutions to meet their needs
- Manage process redesign
- Manage technical and test teams to implement functionality
- Manage change activities to ensure business adoption and effective user training
- Identify and manage senior stakeholder expectations
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle to deliver projects on time
- Lead teams in design and delivery of the Workday HCM solution
**Qualifications**:
- Client facing experience within multiple industries
- SaaS HCM functional expertise
- Workday experience in HR Projects
- Knowledge of some or all Workday functionality (Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integrations, Security, Data Conversion)
- Experience with all aspects of Workday HCM implementation including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design documentation, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
- Experience in other SaaS HCM products would be beneficial
- Preferably with a consulting background and experience of end-to-end Workday HCM implementation project lifecycles (experience of managing teams for Project Lead roles)
- Exposure to Project Management methodologies (e.g.
Prince 2 qualified)
- Strong team player (proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment) and team leadership skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Experience in other HR project implementation is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field

**Salary**: Php42,000.00 - Php178,000.00 per month
