Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Cybersecurity Services Delivery Lead, you'll lead cybersecurity transformation programs across multiple security domains - providing leadership to a large team of security analysts, consultants, and architects. Your responsibilities may encompass:
Responsible for the organization, administration, and supervision of Cybersecurity Services resources, and processes and technologies necessary for account supportOverseeing delivery by employees and subcontractors to IBM ClientsEstablishment of policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance & monitoring employee workEvaluating customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes and managing contract/account financial performance (revenue, cost, delivery to cost case). Required Technical and Professional Expertise More than 15 years of experience leading Cybersecurity transformation programs across multiple security domains - providing leadership to a large team of security analysts, consultants, and architectsExperience with Security domains include: Cloud security, Security operations, incident response management, data and application security managementExperience in multiple security areas such as SIEM, EDR, XDR, ASM, IDS, APT, and WAF and Security Assessment tools (NMAP, Nessus) Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Experience or exposure on the following skills is a plus:Computer Forensic Investigation such as Windows Forensic Analysis FOR408 – (Optional GCFE certification) orPerimeter Protection in Depth – SEC502 (optional GCFW certification) orAdvanced Security Essentials – SEC501 (optional GCED certification) orIntrusion Detection in Depth – SEC503 (GCIA certification) or equivalent orHacker Techniques, Exploits & Incident Handling – SEC504 (optional GCIH certification) orGIAC Continuous Monitoring (optional GMON certification) orAdvanced digital forensics and Incident Response - FOR 508 (Optional GCFA certification) or equivalent
