Web Researcher - Back Office

Manages a group of companies or executives assigned and using the client's research methods and research tools to update and maintain the quality of the content
- Follows a production schedule with the goal of keeping records updated and accurate
- Maintains standards of excellence across the various sections of the reports
- Manages the content sources, quality matching, mapping, and modelling
- Performs research and monitors financial activity on the following areas: hedge funds, venture capital, private equity, infrastructure, and real estate.
- Collects information about various investment opportunities from profile, profitability, history and outlook, current stock value and financial performance.
- Utilizes background/previous knowledge on business or finance to determine if the data are applicable and relevant before updating the client tool/platform.
- Exerts all efforts and exhausting various possibilities to provide customers the service they require within the agreed guidelines and standards.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Graduate of any four year course
- With strong organizational and writing skills
- Has the ability to become proactive and solution driven, must be able to execute and implement solutions
- Demonstrates excellent troubleshooting and problem assessment and solving skills
- Demonstrates strong customer care and service ethic
- Has the ability to liaise effectively with internal and third party resources to help resolve any issues
- Able to rapidly assimilate and retain information
- Flexible and can adapt to a fast changing business environment
