Job Description In your new role you will: Drive workplace safety (ESH related) and systematic including technical& operational improvement with engineering solution to ensure zeronon-compliance, focusing on technical and operational improvementthrough engineering solution.
Accountable for machine safety release, involvement in new machinesafety features/specifications, automation improvement, relocationsactivities for safety governance.
Enforce compliance of PPE, occupational safety, chemical safety,technical safety, laser and radiation protection (X-ray), and Ergonomicsin Operations.
Drive safety and ergonomics improvements within organization.
Drive investigation for incident, accident & ergonomic cases.
Cascadecorrective and preventive actions within the organization.
Key interface with close partnership (internal & external parties) inall ESH related topics (legal, OHSAS18001, audits).
Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering(Mechanical/Robotics/Electronics/Electrical)/ Health Safety andEnvironment or any relevant qualification Minimum 3 years of experience required in equipment engineering/ HealthSafety and Environment.
Working in a semiconductor manufacturing companywill be an added advantage Knowledge in OSHA Act and IMPRES requirement/topics Excellent people and communication skills to engage staff at alllevels Good planning skills and able to prioritize issues to addressurgency level and execution Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and People ManagementSkills (to be able to build relationships with internal and externalparties).
