**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information about FlySpaces' products, services, and promotions.
- Identify and understand customer needs to suggest appropriate solutions.

2. **Order Management:**
- Assist customers in placing orders, making bookings, or accessing services through the web platform.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads generated through chat interactions.

3. **Issue Resolution:**
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions to ensure accountability and follow-up.

4. **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Gather insights from customer interactions to identify trends or areas for service improvement.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding common issues and suggestions for enhancing the user experience.

5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless communication and shared knowledge.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

6. **Performance Tracking:**
- Meet set performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution times.
- Participate in quality assurance measures to enhance the overall customer service experience.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role, preferably in an online or chat support environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using computers and popular web chat tools; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in Filipino is an advantage.
