Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Taxumo is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Davao City, PH. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and possess strong creativity and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide account support to clients remotely, assisting with any questions or issues they may have
- Manage and organize client accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- Must be hardworking, reliable, creative, and have strong project management skills
