Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a passionate and driven Web Chat Representative to join our team in Davao City, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with any issues or concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges as needed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Innovative mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership qualities to take initiative and drive positive change within the team
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and urban farming is a plus
