Web Chat Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

AIDE Home Health Care is currently seeking a dedicated Web Chat Officer to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of working from home on a part-time basis in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating services- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently- Utilize critical thinking skills to problem solve and provide solutions- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously

Requirements:- Confident and motivated individual with strong communication skills- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work independently- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to think on your feet- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred- Proficiency in typing and navigating web chat platforms- High school diploma or equivalent required
