Job Description:
Coins.ph is seeking a motivated and independent Web Chat Officer to join our remote team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our web chat platform. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our web chat platform
- Assist customers with account-related issues, transactions, and general inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
- Conduct research to find innovative solutions to customer problems
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Independent and reliable work ethic
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
