Job Description:

HealthNow is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Web Chat Officer to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and energetic personality
- Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools
- Associate level seniority
