Job Description:
HealthNow is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Davao City, Davao, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, you will play a crucial role in managing our web chat operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of web chat agents to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates
- Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and cohesive customer experience across all channels
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a web chat management role, with a minimum of 7 years of experience
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Driven and energetic personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
