Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our dynamic team in Davao City, Philippines. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in web chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our web chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of remote web chat agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality customer interactions
- Develop and implement strategies to improve response times, customer satisfaction, and overall efficiency of the web chat platform
- Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and provide feedback to agents for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web chat with other customer service channels
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management to drive innovation and strategic planning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in web chat management, preferably in a remote setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
