Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

HealthNow is seeking a motivated and hardworking Web Chat Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Davao City, Davao, PH. As an Entry Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Utilize persuasion skills to promote products and services
- Make decisions on behalf of the company to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Persuasion skills and the ability to make decisions quickly
- Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
