Job Description:
San Miguel Corporation is seeking a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, confident, and possesses strong project management and analysis skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the web chat platform, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat system
- Train and supervise a team of web chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in web chat management or a similar role
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms
