**Job Overview**
We are looking for a talented and driven Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Pushkart.ph. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding support through our web chat platform. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers through our web chat platform to address inquiries, concerns, and provide product information.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively guide customers in their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure a seamless experience for the customer.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and suggestions in our CRM system for continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of customer issues, track resolutions, and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest improvements to processes.
- Stay updated on company promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge in customer service and products.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment, managing multiple chats and tasks efficiently while ensuring quality responses.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support, with at least 2 years in a web chat or online support role.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passionate and driven attitude toward customer service and problem resolution.
- Creative thinking skills to develop unique solutions to various customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and web chat programs is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
