Ayala Land is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of independence and resilience.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing exceptional service
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or web chat role
- Independent and resilient personality traits
- Strong teamwork and research skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other relevant software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work full-time hours from home with a reliable internet connection
