**Job Description:**

Ayala Corporation is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Web Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team in Davao City. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service through online chat channels. You will engage with our clients, answer inquiries, and provide solutions in a timely and accurate manner. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Respond promptly to web chat inquiries and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate assistance or solutions regarding products and services.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating to relevant departments when necessary.
- Ensure all customer concerns are effectively addressed and resolved to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. **Data Management:**
- Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems with relevant information.
- Maintain records of customer feedback, product inquiries, and common issues to improve service delivery.

4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to provide insights and feedback from customer interactions.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for service improvement and customer engagement strategies.

5. **Creativity and Initiative:**
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions for common customer inquiries.
- Proactively suggest enhancements to chat scripts, FAQs, and other online resources to improve customer experience.

6. **Performance Monitoring:**
- Track personal performance metrics and strive for continuous improvement in productivity and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Engage in ongoing training and career development opportunities offered by the company.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, communication, or related fields.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a high-paced support environment, preferably in a web-based or chat role.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using chat software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
- Driven to achieve goals and high performance standards.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong creativity in developing engaging conversations with customers.
- Leadership qualities, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently.
