Warehouse Manager

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supervising warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record of success in warehouse management.Responsibilities:Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shippingDevelop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operationsMonitor inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory countsCoordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders in a timely mannerTrain, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve high performanceConduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team membersMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environmentImplement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of shipmentsIdentify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivityEnsure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standardsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred)Proven experience in warehouse management, with a minimum of 1 years of experienceStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in inventory management software and systemsKnowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practicesAbility to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
