Warehouse & Logistics Manager

We are looking for an effective warehouse & logistics manager to be responsible to direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.

Oversee overall supply chain management.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Proven work experience as a warehouse/logistics manager

Expertise in warehouse/logistics management procedures and best practice

Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration

Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation

and customer servicesOversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations

Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization

Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures

Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

Keep track delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

Plan routes and process shipments

Resolve any arising problems or complaints

Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce

Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
