COMPANY DRIVER/PURCHASING & LOGISTICS STAFF

Job Description

Services the different needs of the departments of the company

Makes sure that the vehicle assigned is always clean and in good running condition

Monitors the vehicles? oil, gas, brake fluid, etc.

Keeps tract of the Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) Schedule

Picks up and delivers any orders made by the department

Makes copies of the necessary forms, marketing materials as requested

Helps out in the filing of

At least college level

Must possess a professional driver's license

Must have a clean driving record

Knows the basic of trouble shooting of the vehicle

Practices defensive driving

Neat, clean and tidy looking, practices good grooming

Honest, reliable, dependable, patient and can keep calm under pressure

Must have good verbal and written communication skills

Must know how to follow instructions

Willing to be trained

Can do multi-tasking

Willing to work long hours when necessary
