The Vice President of Operations at MegaXcess will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our auditing firm, specializing in auditing online gambling companies in the Philippines. This position requires a highly organized and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in managing complex and high-volume operations successfully, as well as evolving the team, processes, systems, and setup for a rapidly growing company.
Work closely with the CEO to ensure that day-to-day operations of the company run fluidly at all times, ensuring key functions like:
Reporting and auditingClient and 3rd party communicationInternal communicationsDirectly oversee the account management, compliance, and administration teamsIdentify and profile problems and efficiencies and establish changes that resolve issues or improve resultsFacilitate seamless collaboration between different departments to achieve shared objectivesResolve conflicts and ensure effective communication across teamsPrioritize tasks and allocate resources efficientlyWork with key functions, including operations, HR, finance, and IT to facilitate effective administrative processes by:Managing and optimizing operational and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivityImplementing effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risksContributing to the development and implementation of long-term strategic plansIdentifying opportunities for improvement and driving innovationAnalyzing company performance and recommending corrective actionsRepresenting the company in client and service provider interactionsStaying updated on the latest trends and developments within the online gambling industryStaying well-informed about the latest regulatory requirements in the industry sector, ensuring our continued compliance and strategic planningAiding in the profiling and implementation of 3rd party tools, services, and functionalityPerforming other functions and tasks assigned from time to time as the business requiresQualifications:
Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.Proven experience as a senior operational leader in a similar leadership roleMinimum of 10+ years experience in leadership and operational rolesStrong understanding and direct management experience of the online gambling or auditing industryStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsProven track record in managing complex and evolving operationsStrong understanding of Philippine culture, leadership, and working practices, with the ability to collaborate with, motivate, and cultivate a local teamExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong written and verbal communication skills (in English)Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesGenuine passion for change managementDirect PAGCOR facing experience not required, but highly desired
