OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking an Analyst to join our growing Hotels, Tourism & Leisure group with a focus on strategic consulting, advisory and development of projects within the Philippines. The role will be based in Makati and will report directly to the Director – Hotels, Tourism & Leisure.The right person will be passionate, ambitious and highly motivated to add value and support the results of the team. You will support the team in conducting financial modelling and detailed feasibility studies along with preparing proposals and other analytical output as per our engagement with the client. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:Assist in preparing feasibility & valuation reportsAssist in industry researchAssist in due diligence of relevant documents, including reviewing of legal documents, titles, management contractsResearch and analysis of the tourism and hotel market fundamentalsInterpret investment market trends and insightsAssist with proposal documents and presentations and any other duties that management may reasonably require REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUNDDegree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Real EstateExperience in hotel operations, budgeting/forecasting, capital planning/project oversight.Strong track record of academic performance in analytical and financial coursesStrong critical thinking skillsExcellent report writing skills and attention to detail is essentialExcellent presentation and communication skillsProficiency in MS OfficeMust be willing to travel
