Voice / Call Center Agent / Work On Site

Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

What are we looking for?
At least 6 months Voice Call Center Experience
At least High School (old curriculum) / Senior High School (new curriculum) Graduate or College Graduate (Preferred)
With Excellent Communication Skills
Can work on site
