We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented and experienced Virtual Administrative Assistant based in the Philippines with Payroll expertise to support remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, payroll processing, and a good understanding of accounting practices. This is a full-time role.
Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments and coordinating meetingsPrepare and organize documents, reports and presentationsAssist in managing email and calendar of Line ManagerManage and process payroll for clientsEnsure accurate calculation and timely submission of payroll taxes, including federal, state, and local filings.Maintain confidential client information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.Assist with general accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.Prepare financial reports and documentation as needed. Requirements: Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Proven experience of 2 to 4 years as a Virtual Administrative Assistant or Accounting staff with specific experience in payroll processing for US-based clients.Working knowledge of payroll systems and software such as Gusto, ADP, Paychex, QuickBooksProficiency in MS Office suite, Google suite, tasks management tools such as Karbon, Asana, Monday and other relevant software applications.Understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
