About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to assist with affiliate research and outreach. The primary responsibilities of this role include researching brand mentions on Google and YouTube, identifying and collecting contact information for potential affiliates, and creating and executing outreach email campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with strong research skills, experience in lead generation, and excellent written communication abilities. This is a remote position. What You'll Do:Conduct in-depth research on Google and YouTube to identify potential affiliates who have mentioned brands or products we manageCollect and verify contact information for websites, bloggers, and authors who have mentioned the brand, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data.Develop and execute personalized outreach email campaigns to engage with potential partners, influencers, and other key contacts.Maintain and organize a database of researched contacts, tracking outreach efforts and responses for follow-up.Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align outreach strategies with broader marketing goals.Monitor the success of outreach campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and conversion rates.Provide regular updates and reports on research findings, contact lists, and outreach campaign performance. Skills We're Seeking:Proven experience in research, particularly on Google and YouTube, with the ability to identify and evaluate relevant content.Strong background in lead generation research, specifically in gathering contact information from various online sources.Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft professional and persuasive outreach emails.Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in research and communication efforts.Proficiency with email marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.Familiarity with the e-commerce or digital marketing industry is preferred but not required.
