VP Talent Management responsibilities include designing employee training programs, building succession plans and crafting an internal promotion process. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting along with a strategic mindset in order to develop a skilled workforce.Minimum RequirementsMust have at least 2 years of experience as a Vice President or Senior Director in Recruitment in a BPO companyMust have experience handling all spectrums of Talent AcquisitionMust have solid experience with agent and support hiringAmenable to work on a hybrid set-upMust be willing to travel to multiple locations in the Philippines
