Recruitment Officer- Construction

Job Descriptions:  Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media.Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.Assessing an applicant's knowledge, skills, and experience to suit open positions.Completing paperwork for new hires.Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.Providing recruitment reports to team managers. Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Psychology.At least (2) years experience in handling Recruitment in Construction Sales).Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and Canva.Customer service skills, the ability to work collaboratively with others, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.  About Prime Star Global: We supply top-notch chemical constructions materials.
