We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofVice President Campaign Management. The role holder will lead specific products and brands in MNL WPB, including full profit and loss responsibility. This includes ensuring all levers (including but not limited pricing, campaigns, marketing, competitor analytics, online, new products, channel and funnel management) are utilised to ensure quality acquisition and growth in HSBC target market.
In this role, you will: Formulate the marketing campaigns and strategies to ensure maximised and optimised marketing spend.To lead the delivery of product performance targets. Key responsibilities include achievement of portfolio Key Performance Indicators and management of the Profit and Loss.Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial marketsResponsibility includes full customer life-cycle, including acquisition, capital optimisation, retention, risk-based pricing and responsible lending.Encourage and enable constructive cross-business teamwork by demonstrating collaboration and matrix management in action and challenging actions and behaviours that are not consistent with HSBC's diversity policy and/or the best interests of the business and its customersContribute to the implementation and monitoring of the application of policies, governance frameworks, procedures, practices and standards to ensure quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance.Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of a management information, analysis and reporting framework that supports and informs timely and effective business management and decision making at all levels.Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the application of policies, governance frameworks, procedures, practices and standards to ensure quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance.To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: College GraduateWith 5 to 10 years' worth of experience in banking industry or related fieldDigital savvy; prior experience in a marketing or digital advertising/marketing role preferredStrong business acumen especially in retail banking/High Net worth segment.Strong leadership and people management skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate othersStrong communication (oral/written) and presentation skills (i.e. confident in presenting to senior management, both internal and external partners, etc)Strong analytical skills (i.e. data analysis, P&L, etc)Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
