What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to the client's advertisers, publishers and/or users
Analyze quality and effectiveness of ad accounts strategically, and recommend best practices for other platforms
Support SMBs through effective business partnering and overall support of our vendor operations
Collaborate with advertising specialists, sales engineers, and product team members on new feature development
Generate creative ways to improve our client relationships and increase revenue by sharing and implementing best practices
Tracking of accounts and maintaining conversion
Who are we looking for?
Completed at least 2 years in college
With at least 2 years of pure sales experience (inbound/outbound/B2B) in the BPO industry
Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Familiar with needs-based selling techniques/analytics (e.g., SPIN)
Familiarity with online advertising products and services
Strong verbal and written English communications skills
Account management experience is a plus
