Find a job you'll love today!**Job Requirements**:- Strong knowledge of all TA systems to include ATS, assessments, sourcing tools, and other technologies- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements to make hiring decisions- Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting**Qualifications**:- Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience- Minimum 5 years professional recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting preferably in- Full life cycle recruiting experience is preferred- Additional HR generalist experience is a plus- Knowledge of applicant tracking tools, preferably Workday- Advanced knowledge of digital tools for researching and sourcing talent- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills- Excellent judgment and problem-solving/analytical skills.
