Requirements: 1 year Trainer Experience in the BPO industryAny Collections ExperienceFinished at least 2 years in college with no back subjectsWith TOR/report of grades Job Description: Evaluate employee needs: Employee trainers assess employees' current knowledge levels and decide which instructional areas could be beneficial for training.Design training programs and materials: Employee trainers are responsible for designing the training programs they deliver.Schedule training: Employee trainers usually schedule the training sessions or presentations for times that work for the majority of a group. Deliver training sessions: Employee trainers deliver the training sessions or programs using their comprehensive knowledge of the subject.Assess learning outcomes: Employee trainers use a variety of methods to assess the outcomes of a training session, such as a short quiz or a survey.
