LICENSED MEDICAL CODER for an onsite assignment (ROTATING SHIFT)
Qualifications: A certified Professional Coder (CPC) is preferredProven work experience as a Medical Coder or similar roleExcellent verbal and written English Communication SkillsUnderstanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiologyUnderstanding of ICD 10 CM and CPT guidelinesSolid understanding of billing software and electronic medical records (eCW)Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational abilityFlexible with the tasks that will be assigned especially on the client's needsFast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skillsTeam player and able to work with less supervisionGood problem solver & a Positive attitudeMust be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidaysWell-organized, Responsible, and has InitiativeIndependent with positive work ethics and passion to succeedWilling to start immediately
