The Product Marketing Manager will be critical in positioning and promoting TrustNet's security and compliance solutions, including company-owned websites and platform solutions. This role will develop go-to-market strategies, create compelling product messaging, and enable the sales team to communicate our core offering successfully. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment between product features, market needs, and customer pain points. Job Duties Go-to-Market Strategy Development: -Develop the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for cybersecurity services and platform applications focused on security and compliance with the Marketing Director. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Account Management, Marketing) to develop product positioning and value propositions that resonate with target audiences. -Collaborate on market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, key competitors, and customer pain points. -Collaborate on defining buyer personas and creating messaging addressing their unique challenges and needs in cybersecurity and compliance. Product Messaging and Positioning: -Maintain clear, compelling product messaging for our cybersecurity and compliance solutions, emphasizing unique differentiators, key features, and business outcomes. -Collaborate in creating marketing content on company and product websites for various audiences (e.g., technical vs. non-technical, C-level executives, IT managers) to ensure messaging resonates with all stakeholders. -Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing and sales channels, including brand and product websites, email campaigns, social media, webinars, and events. Website and Digital Experience Optimization: -Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to enhance the website experience and ensure it reflects the cybersecurity and compliance platform's value propositions and features. -Work with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless navigation, clear communication of cybersecurity and compliance solutions, product features, and optimal user experience on the website. -Manage and optimize landing pages, call-to-actions, and conversion funnels to drive lead generation and customer engagement. -Champion the A/B or multivariate testing framework of personalized landing pages by buyer persona for B2B targeting. Sales Enablement: -Partner with sales teams to gather feedback from customer interactions and refine messaging and positioning based on real-world insights. Content Creation and Marketing Campaigns: -Facilitate the creation of content to support product launches, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, solution briefs, videos, and webinars. -Work closely with the marketing team to optimize content for SEO and manage campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned media channels. Market Research and Customer Insights: -Conduct ongoing market research to understand trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning in cybersecurity and compliance. -Use customer feedback, competitor analysis, and industry research to refine product messaging and positioning continuously. Collaboration with Product Management: -Act as the bridge between product management and marketing, ensuring product updates and enhancements are effectively communicated to customers and the market. -Provide input on product development based on customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends. Compliance and Risk Management: -Ensure all product marketing activities comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. Analytics and Performance Tracking: -Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor the performance of web marketing efforts, including traffic, lead generation, and customer engagement. -Regularly report on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. -Conduct product messaging and landing page split tests based on campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement. -Report results to Marketing and Product Leadership. Required Qualifications Qualifications: -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A background in cybersecurity, computer science, or a technical field is a plus. -At least 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B technology or cybersecurity industry. -Deep understanding of cybersecurity, compliance frameworks, and related technologies, with the ability to translate complex technical features into clear, value-driven messaging. -Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B products, including launching new products and managing end-to-end product marketing efforts. -Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. -Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Experience with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pipedrive) to track campaign performance and generate insights. -A passion for cybersecurity and a desire to stay informed about industry trends and best practices. Preferred Skills: -Familiarity with security and compliance standards (i.e. SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, Risk Assessment, Penetration Testing). -Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media, is a plus. -Knowledge of website development and platform-based application solutions in the tech space.
